Exceptional private onsen experience!
I had an amazing time at this hotel with my own private onsen, which was perfect for unwinding after exploring Kyoto. The room was equipped with an extensive selection of free snacks and drinks, and I especially loved the rooftop terrace with its scenic foot bath. The serene ambiance of the room was a great escape from the city buzz, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, helping us with everything we needed. I just wish there was a steam iron available in the room.

Highly recommend this for couples seeking relaxation
The private onsen in the room felt like a personal spa, perfect after a long day. Plus, the service was great -- they even offered us tea and sweets during the check-in process, felt like we were being pampered!
It wasn't the most economical choice, but still worth it.

My stay was marred by numerous frustrations. The room's quirky layout meant we had to navigate too many doors. To top it off, the cleaning staff inexplicably turned off the main power switch daily after cleaning, resulting in a warm refrigerator when we returned. This unacceptable oversight disrupted our stay.

The private open-air bath in the Precious Double was stunning, offering beautiful views and a peaceful ambiance. The room's decor was exquisite and the attention to detail was evident in the skincare products provided. After spending many hours exploring Kyoto, having a private onsen right in our room was perfect for relaxation. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and immaculate cleanliness throughout the hotel. The rooftop terrace bar with its foot bath was an unexpected delight, and the Japanese breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. However, I was disappointed by the lack of extended sizes for the yukata. I couldn’t wear one during my stay. Also, the room felt slightly cramped for the price, but that’s common in Japan. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the yukata sizing issue stood out as a notable drawback.
